Too bad we can’t swap our aging and fragile bodies for new ones.
We just need to do our best to keep our bodies as clean, strong, and healthy as possible.
Even before the debates about vaccines, we were living in a very toxic world. The sharp rise in conditions like autism, ADHD, infertility, food allergies, Alzheimer’s, and many autoimmune diseases has frustrated me as a holistic doctor.
The air we breathe, the food we eat, the water we drink, the constant use of antibiotics and steroids, and especially the high level of stress contributes to a toxic environment. To make things worse, we’ve learned about “forever chemicals” in our bodies that no one knows how to eliminate.
As people become aware of the many toxins around them, many detox programs and diet plans have flooded the healthcare market.
It’s hard to know which detox program is best since everyone’s body and health history are different. However, there are some steps we can take to protect ourselves from the growing toxins in our environment and bodies.
- Minimize the amount of wheat, sugar, and dairies in your diet.
In short, try not to eat too much bread, pasta, and grains. Most grain in the US comes from genetically modified seeds (GMOs). Our bodies struggle to handle too much GMO food. Over time, GMOs can harm our liver, stomach, and intestines. The common issue of “gluten intolerance” often means the body can’t handle GMOs anymore.
Sugar, even from natural cane, is a major cause of Candida albicans, which is a yeast and fungus that grows in sugary conditions. Candida, yeast, and fungus may well be the biggest underlying causes of disease today.
Avoid milk products, especially cheese, because they can harm the intestinal walls, allowing parasites and bacteria to grow. Organic eggs, fresh non-homogenized cow milk from local farms, organic goat milk, organic butter, and ghee (clarified butter) seem to be fine.
- Eat locally grown foods, preferably all organic, that match the season.
Eating watermelon during cold winter (classic example of genetic manipulation) directly contradicts the Nature’s law.
- Avoid antibiotics and steroid-based medications as much as possible.
Better yet, try to minimize or replace all synthetic chemical-based medications to natural, holistic ones. There are plenty of good sources to research on this subject.
- Remove mercury fillings from your teeth, regardless of how much it costs to have them removed.
Nobody needs toxic gases from mercury fillings. Some would argue to remove all root canals as they essentially bury the dead (but not totally dead) nerves, possibly promoting a huge bacteria and parasite overgrowth in the mouth, throat, even affecting the brain.
- Eat a well-balanced diet, without being overly swayed by popular diet plans.
The carnivore and keto diets, the most favored diet plans these days, may not be suitable for everyone.
- Get sunlight at least 30 minutes a day. Exposure to sunlight is critically important, not only for vitamin D production, but for overall cellular activities.
Think of plants not getting enough sunlight. They wither away, guaranteed.
- Develop a habit of breathing in and out as slowly as you can.
You don’t need to count seconds or minutes to hold your breath. Just following slow breathing in and out will immediately change the vibrational frequency of the entire body.
- Incorporate a minimum of 30 minutes of exercise programs every day.
If you religiously follow the above points for a few months, you will be astounded by a surge of energy, better sleep, and far fewer chances of getting sick from cold, flu, or other infections.
